2 day class at Mark Duginske's shop in Merrill, Wisconsin
The class participants will complete a 15" bottom cabinet complete with a door and drawer. This is a hands-on class.
Cost: $ 175 for the class and $ 50 for all of the material and hardware.
8 participants per class, class dates are not confirmed yet.
Schedule:
Day One
Machine set-up for the jointer/planer, band saw and table saw. Machine adjustments, wood as a material, stock preparation using the jointer and band saw, ripping on the table saw, intro to the power feeder, making the solid stock material for a 15" kitchen cabinet, cutting the sheet goods for the 15" kitchen cabinet using the slider, adjusting and using the scoring blade, assembly of the cabinet and face frame, resawing, bookmatching and gluing the door panel.
Day two
Intro to woodworking joints, intro to the shaper, woodworking joints using the shaper, making the rail and style door on the shaper, the railed panel on the shaper, arched door panels and arched door frames.
